The Uparjak milestone-earning roadmap and the platform's token wallet, transfer, and commission features involve token balances and, where applicable, cash payouts. The following disclaimers apply:

• Any tokens, commissions, or cash rewards displayed, projected, or estimated on the platform are not guaranteed income and depend on factors such as sponsor funding, milestone verification outcomes, and configuration settings controlled by schools, teachers, managers, or platform owners.
• Milestone completions, lecture-based commissions, and token transfers are subject to verification, approval, and the percentage caps or rates configured within the platform, which may change at any time.
• Withdrawal of tokens to real currency is subject to minimum thresholds, payout processing times, banking/UPI verification, and may be delayed, rejected, or reversed if fraud, abuse, or policy violations are detected.
• Pathashala AI acts only as a facilitator/processor for sponsor-funded rewards and is not responsible for a sponsor's inability or refusal to fund a reward.
